3. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for returns if they meet the following conditions:

- The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All tags, labels, accessories, freebies, and documentation are intact.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
We inspect all products before dispatch, but if you receive a defective or damaged item:

- Provide clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect.
- Our support team will evaluate and confirm eligibility for return or replacement.
If approved, Phootokri will arrange free return pickup and issue a replacement or refund as per your preference.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Go to My Orders
- Select the product for return
- Choose a return reason from the dropdown
- Submit your request
After submitting, you will receive instructions on packaging and return pickup. Return requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds will be processed as follows:

- UPI/Net Banking/Wallet — refunded to your original account

c. Partial Refunds

7. Exchange Policy
